Batch note

Wallpaper is printed in batches, and colour can vary very slightly from one batch to the next. Please order everything you need in a single order so all your rolls come from the same batch. We recommend adding an extra roll for trimming or mistakes. Rolls bought later may be from a different batch, or that batch may have sold out.

From the Studio

Luke and Catherine spent fifteen years designing prints for fashion before turning their attention to walls. Their London studio still works the same way: every design begins as an original drawing or brushstroke, inspired by antique botanical illustration and historic textiles, and those marks stay visible in the finished piece. Each wallpaper roll is printed to order in the UK with water based inks on paper from managed forests, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be wanted.

The same hand-painted designs are also made into fabric in the UK, printed on soft cotton as standard. Use them for curtains, blinds and cushions, or pair a wallpaper with its matching fabric.

So much wallpaper today is drawn on a screen. Curate Space still starts with a pencil and a brush, and you can see the hand in every repeat, which felt refreshing the moment we saw it. The making holds up too. Each roll is printed to order in the UK with water based inks, on paper made from FSC certified pulp and recycled fibres.
